Placing an order
When using shop.garagecube.com website and/or placing an order on shop.garagecube.com website you confirm that you have read our Terms of Service and that you accept them. So please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms of Service before you place an order. Please note that items in your cart are not reserved, they may be purchased by other customers unless you have succeed the payment of the order at checkout and received an order confirmation.
How long do items stay in the cart?
When you shop at shop.garagecube.com and add an item to your cart, it will be saved in your shopping cart. The shopping cart contains the items you wish to purchase while shopping. Items placed in your shopping cart will be kept by default until you purchase or delete them. However, items placed in your shopping cart that are no longer available at the time of checkout will be automatically deleted from your shopping cart.
VAT
The prices displayed in our online store do not include VAT. The latter is calculated at checkout after you have entered the country of delivery for your order. The VAT applied will be that of your country, for Europe. Outside of the European Union, you will be asked to pay the VAT at the time of customs clearance of your order. For European business customers, you can now enter your VAT ID when creating your account or at checkout: VAT will not be applied to your order. Use of a promotional code
When we offer them as part of one-time offers, using a promotional code is simple and straightforward: just enter your promotional code at checkout. Please note that codes are case sensitive. If your promotional code is valid, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promotional code is accepted per order. A promotional code cannot be retroactively applied to orders already placed. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel orders if an unauthorized promotional code is used.
Accepted payment methods
Please note first that for an order to be delivered, it must be paid in full. Only payment by credit card is proposed during the checkout. You confirm that the credit card used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will have the right to refuse delivery of your order and will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
By paying with credit card the order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed. You will then receive a confirmation containing a receipt of the purchase.
We do our best to make our website as secure as possible to shop at. Your card payment is securely handled using the latest security technology available. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.
In the event that the amount you owe in relation to your order cannot be charged or invoiced, for whatever reason, your order will be cancelled.
Finally, we do not use Paypal but you may be able to pay by bank transfer. In this case, please contact us directly at sales@garagecube.com

However, under applicable distance selling laws, you may choose to cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of your items. If you choose this option, we will refund the full price of the returned items in accordance with our return policy.
