Customer account or Guest account creation
During registration, you are responsible to provide complete and correct information in the fields relating to your personal information.
For customers accounts, you are responsible for treating your access data confidentially and preventing access by unauthorised third parties. Confirmation of registration is done by clicking on the Continue button of the registration form.

Any manipulation of our platform in order to obtain payments, deliveries or other benefits by fraud on the disadvantage of GarageCube Hardware Sàrl will result in legal consequences, removal access to the platform and the registration of the concerned IP on our blacklist.
We reserve the right to delete customer accounts, give a warning or dismiss members violating the provisions stipulated in the terms & conditions or in the sales conditions.
We are not obliged to accept customers registrations or orders from a registered customer or a visitor account. We are not obliged to maintain our offers contently available. Orders already confirmed are not affected by this.

Contract conclusion
By clicking on the Order button, you send a complete order for the goods in your cart. The order confirms immediately after and will be validated after its validation through online payment.
A contract is concluded at the moment of sending the order confirmation no latter than a the time of delivery of goods ordered at GarageCube Hardware Sàrl.
GarageCube Hardware Sàrl assumes no risk relating to supplying items marked as not being in stock. We are only obliged to deliver available items in our stocks.
In addition, the risk of loss or deterioration of the goods is transferred to the buyer at the time of the deposit of the goods to the responsible company for the execution of the shipment.
Other conditions are governed by GarageCube Hardware Sàrl’s Sales Conditions and by the Swiss Code of Obligation.
