Returns and Warranty

Right of withdrawal
If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a refund. No exchange service is available.

Goods must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as a return. The goods must be unused, in new condition, in resalable condition and which are not requiring repackaging before being put back on sale.
Accessories sold with the products must also be returned in their entirety and in new condition as well.
No refunds will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Return shipping costs
Please note we do not refund shipping fees: if you don't want your order anymore and you decide to return it, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.

Processing time of a return
First of all, we urge you to make sure you get a tracking number for your return. This is to protect you and to ensure that your package is received correctly.
The total value of the returned items will be refunded within 7 days after receipt of the returned products.
You will receive an email notification when the return is processed. We will refund you in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. No other fees will be applied to this refund.

Receiving a faulty item
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. Please note that normal wear and tear do not constitute a faulty item.
Faulty items shall be replaced as soon as possible. Please then contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

We will take legal action against all fraudulent activities in connection with any attempt to reverse or obtain a refund of a valid invoice for an order that was properly completed and delivered and not subject to a right of return.
This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your rights, contact the competent authorities, consumer associations or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.

Warranty policy (1)
The products purchased on the GarageCube Hardware Sàrl website are covered by the two-year legal warranty of the seller against the lack of conformity in accordance with the provisions of the Code des Obligations (art. 210 C.O) and the seller's legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
During this warranty period products may be returned to us for repair or replacement if they have a manufacturing defect or malfunction: return costs are your responsibility, except for purchases made less than 30 days.
In the latter please contact us at or so that we can provide you with a prepaid return label.
Simply affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest collection center. Alternatively, you can contact the carrier to arrange for pickup at the address of your choice. If you lose your prepaid return label or need further assistance with your return, please contact our Customer Service.

Warranty policy (2)
The buyer has no right to ask for a refund of the purchase price and is also not allowed to request a price reduction or termination of the purchase contract.
Please be informed that the warranty does not cover :
- Water damage or other damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions and manuals.
- Damage caused by improper installation or improper connection to any peripheral.
- Damage caused by an external electrical fault.
- Damage caused by any unintended use of the supplied power adapter.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
- Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts, not manufactured or sold by GarageCube Hardware Sàrl.
- Disassembly, shell opening or any modification to products not approved in writing by garageCube.
- Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
- Damage or loss during transit when you return an item for repair or replacement.
- Normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.
