Shipping and Delivery

Orders delivery costs
The delivery costs of your order depend on 1) the weight of the order 2) the geographical area. During the checkout process, before you make your purchase, the delivery costs of your order will be explicitly displayed.

Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent with all relevant information about your order. You will receive tracking link and information too. If you have not received your tracking link a week after your purchase, please contact us and we will help you.
In case the product would not be available anymore, GarageCube Hardware Sàrl will recontact you as soon as possible and offer an equivalent product in terms of functionality, quality and price, or a refund.

Delivery time
After receipt of payment, orders are shipped within two business days from France (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not business days). Products are packaged so not to be damaged during shipping. The delay then depends on the carrier and the country of delivery. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is possible that your items may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that while we make every effort to deliver your products within the advertised time frame, delivery dates are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and cannot be relied upon against us.

Customs clearance
For Switzerland, the United Kingdom and any other destination outside Europe, your order may be held in customs for one to several days. At that time, orders are delivered by the carrier upon receipt of payment of customs duties and taxes provided by the country of the receiver. Please keep an eye on the tracking and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help. You will also need to provide a phone number on the shipping page during checkout, which is important if the carrier needs additional information in order to ensure delivery.

Carriers used for deliveries
Order are delivered with TNT for France, GLS for Europe, La Poste for Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and UPS for the rest of the world. These carriers guarantee at least a delivery from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and may require a signature. Please provide a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery.
Alternatively, you can choose to have your package delivered to a pick-up location if 1) the carrier offers the option 2) if you request it yourself to the carrier.

Signature upon delivery
For security reasons, an adult signature may be required for delivery. If you are not available to acknowledge receipt of your order, please contact the carrier using the tracking link provided in order to rearrange delivery.

Delivery countries
We currently deliver all over the world with the exception of Iran and North Korea.

Modifying a delivery address
If you need to change your shipping information after you place your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including the shipping address, cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Delivery to multiple addresses
Currently, we can only process one shipping address per order. To have your items shipped to different addresses, please place one order per shipping address.

Delivery failure
It is your responsibility to receive your order if the carrier is trying to reach you or deliver you. If an order is returned to us due to a delivery failure, we have the right to charge you the delivery fee a second time if you wish to be delivered again.
Similarly, for any order refused or unclaimed to the carrier, GarageCube Hardware Sàrl reserves the right to deduct from the order's refund the return's cost invoiced by the carrier.

For security reasons, GarageCube Hardware Sàrl cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes or accept orders where the personal delivery address cannot be identified.
